loving selflessly is the best thing we can do to ourselves. i have done this and continuously doing this. dont demand love in return. keep pouring it out – the more u give the cup of love will get filled again with more vengeance till its brim.
there are advantages of it also. when u dont expect anything – there are no hurts. besides, u remain a happy, relaxed, soft, sensitive person full of love.
