at the moment no, i’ve tried several though, what i do plan to do is incorprate silmfast and wieght watchers, b/c with the shakes they’re filling and have a million nutrients, and WW i’ve been on before and it’s really simple, the results at times can be slow, but more importantly they’re lasting. and with these they arn’t gonna mess around with your bdy and stuff, they’re very healthy and safe and easy, so enough about me blabbing on what about you are you follwing anything?

hmm a lot of shakes and things do, slimfast is just vitaimins and nutirents as a meal replacement, but like i said i’m combining it with WW so it’ll all be healthy and safe. i’m finding it hard to do exresise though there just isn’t enough time between work and school to go to the gym. i’ve wanted to lose weight pretty much all my life, but i really need to crak down and dedicate myself. berg it’s hard. remember though that the nice guys are nie b/c they don’t care about how you look, otherwise they wouldn’t be nice, lol.
