I’m glad that I was able to go as long as I did without meat. Seriously, my plan is to eat meat no more than 5 times a week starting today. There may be times that I make exceptions to this, but I think I’ll feel the best if I don’t eat as much meat long-term. I’m also considering going without meat for a month a few times a year now.

You have made SO MANY important decisions/changes over the past year, Deni! It has been inspiring to cheer you on.
BTW, I can imagine that the culture of your area is not very friendly to vegetarianism. I’m sure there are vegetarians there-but in your experience, I take it, they are few & far between. Sort of like being vegetarian in Colombia. :)

You’re right about the area! More than you know perhaps. It’s just really challenging sometimes. But, I made it by this past month. I was saddened to see that all the soy taco “meat” was out-of-date at the grocery today, though.
