This project is now well underway ~~- here are pieces 3-5, with my own special addition -~~ I have added a tiny little label to the back which says “43thing.com” and has a smiley face (you can just barely make out the smiley face in the photo).

As I was taking the picture, a baby grasshopper hopped onto the right most piece—how cool was that!

Tomorrow is the fourth, and we have a downtown thing, I will want to get a few more pieces finished and that will make an excellent place to leave them.

Hi

. . . I thought the label idea would be “cool”—give the curious a way back to the source.

I tend to put them in very obvious places, handlebar of a bike, entrance to a store, on a bus stop bench. Part of the challenge is putting them somewhere so that they will be found.

I am out of pieces at the moment, so will make some more.
