I’ve never actually been in a relationship before. Most people think it’s because I’m not allowed to date since I’m Muslim, but I am allowed to – I’ve just never been asked out by a guy.

I’m not saying that a real relationship has to be the true love that will last forever and ever, I just want somebody who cares about me. I’m in high school, I know that if I look for that somebody to spend the rest of my life with now, I’ll be single for a very long time.

I guess I just don’t want those relationships where all they do is flirt, make out, or whatever. I want to be with somebody who I can be serious with but still have fun and be comfortable with.

I’m asking too much, aren’t I?
