shes beautiful… i graduated high school with a 3.0 average… im going to college… my babys happy and healthy… im happy… shes 7 months… dont let anybody make you think that because you’r a young mom that you can’t be a good mom… im here if you have any questions.

I have a family member who got pregnant her junior year of highschool. Some people expected her to fail because of her age, but she never gave up. She is a wonderful mom, her daughter is just the happiest little munchkin around.

See? You’ve got two people who support you. I’m sure you have tons more.

Your baby needs you and will want you there always. It may be stressful at first but just hang in there. If you can get connected with a teen pregnancy group through DSHS or another community service that will help. I hope you read my other comment on your GET HELP entry. I thought about you and prayed for you the night I read your entries. I remember being 15 and 16. It was a difficult time in life and I do believe nowadays there is a lot more to deal with. So I can hardly imagine. Put yourself and your baby first. No one matters as much right now. Your true friends will stick by you. And if you find that not very many of them are “true” you will make new ones. Just continue to work on school before the baby comes (try an alternative high school if need be or go for your GED). Your baby will look up to you and want to copy you as she gets older… You have the POWER to set a GREAT EXAMPLE for her!!

I am only very young also i just turned 17 and im pregnant and ive never been so scared of anything in my life, especially since my babys father drinks alot and likes to party but he really is a wonderful guy aside from his problem and he loves this baby. Listen i just wanted to let you know everything will be alright because what doesnt kill you makes you stronger just remember that. If you ever need anybody to talk with im right here cause god knows i need someone just as bad. :)
