When I got my license, my employer didn’t even give me a raise. When I worked in architecture firms, it never really mattered whether I had a license or not. And you have to pay $200 every two years for the rest of your life if you want to keep it. I don’t even do architecture anymore, but I still pay because the license was so hard to get, I can’t imagine ever going through that again.
