Slimming World seems to be doing the trick so far – in three weeks I’ve lost 9.5 pounds! The great thing is that it doesn’t even feel like a diet because I can eat piles of pasta or rice so I rarely feel hungry – and there’s plenty of opportunity to eat chocolate or drink wine as well.
I can feel the difference already, my “overhang” doesn’t seem as big and I’m definitely narrower in the hips.
