I’m now down a few more pounds. The twenty isn’t coming off as quickly as I would like, but I’m making permanent changes that I can live with the rest of my life. I’m losing an average of 10 pounds per year, and keeping it off.
Example: when I do have ice cream (yes, I’m not depriving myself completely of the things I love to eat), I only have one scoop. Self control. It is enough to satisfy, without making me feel badly for overdoing it.
