We know one another on account of our long hair primarily, but I always leave feeling inadequate! I think it has a lot to do with being tall, they are shorter and have the same hair measurements but it looks soooo long on them! I felt like a shorthair :(

At 5’3”, I wish that I were tall: one can always grow hair longer, but can’t do a damned thing about height!

I’m sorry to hear that you felt “inadequate” after your meeting with these folks (if you “always” feel this way afterward, perhaps it’s not a healthy connection for you right now? Just thinking out loud…).
