Last weekend i noticed that everything seemed very easy at the gym. I wondered if it was because of not going to the gym as early as normal or because i had just drank a cup of coffee. Today i made a little experiment. I drank my morning coffee before going to the gym and it happened again… Everything was easier… Guess even a mild stimulant like caffeine can help excercising.
I even added some weight to the bench press and bicept curl. At last i seem to get some result with my arms too. Well tomorrow morning i’ll go again.
