How I did it: Kept my head down and worked hard. Each time I made something, I tried to make it better than the last time. When given an opportunity to prove yourself as a leader, take it. Go in early, and stay late. Never give up. Always move forward. Its tough but worth it.... Oh... and it works best if you are in good shape. Great cooks are usually good athletes too.
