"Childhood dreams do come true!"

How I did it: Made sure I didn't lose sight of my dreams, had more patience than I knew I was capable of, and worlds of persistance.

When I saw the chance for an international opportunity with a fellowship I'd been granted, I pushed to go abroad, and here I am!!

Lessons & tips:

  • Be patient.
  • Be persistent. 
  • Look for opportunities everywhere.
