How I did it: Nine months of watching hockey day in and day out. Whenever I couldn't be home for a game I simply taped it. For the longest time DirecTV didn't have Versus, so whenever those games were on I listened to the radio broadcasts. (I was lucky enough to not have to work those days!)

Lessons & tips:

• No matter how many games you watch, make some time for things like family, homework, whatever. You know, "important" things.
• Radio broadcasts are just as fun as television broadcasts.
• Never give up hope of seeing your favorite team win the Cup.
