How to give our "LITTLE ONES" the best start they can have.

Hooray for breastfeeding!

I am happy that you mention it as being awesome.

I have yet to experience it, or anything else baby-related, but I am always happy to hear good press on it.

The bulk of what I have heard from those who have been there is not-so-good, so I seek out those bits of positivity to keep as a buffer.

I fully intend to breastfeed.. some day.

If I can do it

with twins than anyone can do it. It has it’s ups and downs but it is so worth it and so good for the little ones. There are some times, in my book, that formula is ok, (even tho in some places they do have breast milk banks) like when the child is adopted or the mother dies or something. A lot of people say things like their babies where allergic, or that they couldn’t produce enough milk… sometimes that does happen but it’s very rare. Just educate yourself and you’ll do fine.

I know some really good books… you know, when you do have kids someday. : )

Luna is taking a break from 43T. She will be back :)

For everyone who's planning to have a child

do breastfeed her/him. I know that it’s a “choice” in some countries, but I don’t understand it or why it came out to be a choice. I wonder what were the thoughts of the people you’ve talked to behind their arguments that the experience was “not-so-good”.

I come from a culture where it’s not even an issue; you have a baby, you breastfeed. On the very rare occasion that it is not possible, then there are other options, but that really is Plan B.
