How I did it: Well, I realized I carry a camera around with me wherever I go -- my cell phone camera -- and that I should use it more. I started a Tumblr blog with the goal of taking at least one picture per day and posting it there, and I've been doing that for the last two months. It's worked out pretty well, and has gotten me taking pictures on a more regular basis.

Lessons & tips: Get out there and shoot. You might not be the absolutely most creative person behind a camera in the world, but you're still creating a record by taking a picture, one that no one else was going to take.
