How to compile a 100-things-about-me list
How I did it: I started off slowly, just adding a few entries here and there, but then I began to feel like it was a goal that need a big push to get completed and out of the way. I added the majority of my entries over the space of the last week, which was easier as what I'd already added was nice and fresh in my mind.
Overall I have found it to be a really useful and positive tool for looking at lost of areas of my life, and really begin to get to know myself a bit better.
Lessons & tips: Just keep grafting! I found it quite a helpful experience as I made a seperate entry for each note and aired some things that I tend to ignore. It can be as fun or as serious as you like, but can also be really rewarding if you want it to be.
You may find it helpful to jot down your list beforehand - it is suprisingly easy to repeat yourself otherwise!
