How to exercise regularly
"gave up using a car and started walking to the bus and the train"
How I did it: makes a difference in everything when you walk more. you have more time to think, you can eat more, you have alone time, you use less gas, you don't have to worry about parking, and you buy fewer things...
Now, I can say I walk two miles a day, yoga once a week, and run twice a month, and my life feels fairly balanced. I'd like to increase my yoga and running, but for me, the walking every day was the best way to start a habit.
