How to homework from my "Be Happy" Goal: Find at least one thing each day, in the month of May, that makes me happy.

How I did it: I used my i-pod touch to jot down what I did everyday in the calendar app. It's been very useful for other things as well. Then I was able to jog my memory when I had the time to sit down and reflect on the month ;D
Lessons & tips: There is good in everything every day... we just need to look for it... and take the time to be grateful for and appreciate it...
