How to complete the couch to 5K program

How I did it: I followed the Couch to 5K program and used "Podcasts for Running" as an audible guide. I mostly ran outside in a park, which gave me plenty of distractions while I was slogging through some tough moments. Treadmill running, which I'm doing now, is definitely harder.
Lessons & tips: Keep going, because you will surprise yourself! I can't run a full 5K distance, but I did run the time, which was a huge step unto itself. I plan on working on pace and distance next, possibly by using the same program but upping the speed.
