How to get over the stupid things in life
How I did it: i have mixed feelings about that one. On one hand, im happy that i achieved this because i know longer sweat for stupid things so i think that my mental health is preserved from BS and drama. However, on the other hand, having a <<dont give a buck>> attitude made me feel a little selfish at times...i dont know why... for example, a friend would act bitchy and stuff towards me and instead of acting bitchy myself or telling her that i dont like her attitude, i would just brush it all off and say ok you know what i dont feel like arguing so just forget it. I feel like im repressing anger sometimes and i move away from ppl who annoy me...anyway, overall, i can say that im happy about achieveing this goal cuz now, if something <<dramatic>> happens, i dont get upset for a week,after a couple of hours, i dont even think about it anymore and i go like Well, this is life :)
Lessons & tips: dont argue with ppl, let them argue by themselves
if a situation upsets you, try to look at the positive side of it. do something else and stop thinking about it, u will eventually laugh about it in a couple of days!
also, learn from that experience so u wont fall into the same trap twice.
