How to overcome my insecurity
How I did it: I drink lots of water. I eat a high amount of raw fruits and dark leafy green juice. Green juice will have all the nutrients you need - which will make you feel amazing. Add fruit so it will taste good. I get at least 8 hours sleep. And avoid drugs. I don't eat sugar or dairy of wheat. Most days I feel fucking invicible, I am never shy now - very outgoing, very very happy and confident all thanks to my diet!
Lessons & tips: Eat better! Cut out sugar - it has almost an identical makeup checmically, to cocaine! It breaks your skin out and causes anxiety and depression. And eat lots of darky leafy greens - it's even better to blend them so you can get all the nutrients.
