How to have proper high tea
"Sunday tea in Ezra Pound's castle"
How I did it: When I studied abroad, my group met for tea every Sunday afternoon. We dressed up together and showed up on time.
There was milk, sugar, and at least two kinds of sweets. We recited poetry for Mary, Ezra Pound's daughter, and our host.
It was a lovely weekly ritual.
