How to apologise
"spiritual and humbling"
How I did it: By swallowing my enormous pride and realizing that an apology is not simply an admission of some guilt on my part, but also the desire to end negativity/conflict/hurt.
By reminding myself that I am often wanting an apology, but not willing to give one.
Lessons & tips: Be humble and not think of an apology as an automatic admission of guilt and/or surrender, but as a way to end conflict.
Resources: a conscience :)
