How to eat more fruits and vegetables

How I did it: Small steps. I went from not touching anything leafy to being obsessed with making sure I have enough fruits and vegetables in my diet.
Don't try for 7-10 servings overnight. Start with an apple or banana a day, and then build from there. I don't hit the mark everyday, but I generally start out with a cup of blueberries for breakfast, and then a banana/apple as a snack before lunch. I typically have a large salad with spinach and tomatoes as well, and then broccoli with dinner.
I've lost 13 pounds (combined with exercise) since I made a more concerted effort into eating better.
