How to stop smoking
How I did it: I was a smoker since I was 16. 12 years go by really fast and I am now 28. I wanted to make a change in my life that was positive. Such a small thing as giving up smoking has been a massive change. I did not wake up one day and say that’s it I am giving up smoking... I was in a chemist and I thought "what the hell I might as well buy some patches" It was 5 days later that I thought "I am going to give up today". I wore the patches for 6 days, when I felt like I needed a smoke I rubbed the patch. I forgot the last patch on the 7th day and from then on I was free. The biggest change has been able to smell smoke off my clothes and hair when people around me have been smoking. The low point was getting Bronchitis. I got this as my lungs began to clear. But on the upside it means my lungs are starting to get better. Oh and don't forget the clear bright skin I now have!! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
I was once a slave to smoking, now I am free!!!
Lessons & tips: Don't be a slave anymore, do it for yourself and you will become a better person for yourself.
