How I did it: I did it by changing my lunch to a huge salad that I prepared in bulk during the week-end (lots of carrots and cucumbers, mushrooms and radish), making my own salad dressing which I varied from week-to week. I got salad dressing recipes from the web. I really like the Thai ones and the Japanese ones, but sometimes just go with virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. So lunchtime, I would go out for a 20 mins walk first then eat my salad, and small portion of carbs. In the beginning, I would put back the weight during the week-end - so I started to eat salads during the week-end too.
Lessons & tips: Make small changes, but stick to them. Increase your exercise constantly, and start 'dropping' high energy foods like oils/fats, sugars and refined carbs.
Resources: warm green tea (cold brewed overnight) + lemon juice + 1/2 teaspoon honey every morning after some stretching and strength exercises.
