How to find a professor to work in a lab for by kem146

"Being persistent is so necessary for getting what you want and getting answers from others. I had to do this to graduate, so I really learned how to take initiative."

How I did it: It was not easy! But after several e-mails, I found a professor whose research is applicable to my studies so it worked out even better!  I'm sure it will be stressful starting out but hopefully it will all work out for the best.
