How I did it: I studied for about two months and extensively for the last month.  I studied on average three hours a day.  I used TCMtests.com and went through all of the multiple choice tests to a reasonable knowledge level.

Lessons & tips: Just get on with it.
Get a study partner and split the cost of TCMTests with him/her.
