How to list 100 quotes that really speak to me
How I did it: About a year ago I began doing notebook journal writing. Along with writing a page or two a day and making various lists, I would collect quotes from people that I liked or otherwise motivated me.
Well, I've been going through my notebooks the past couple of months collecting them from various torn-up pages from months ago, and putting them in a Word document.
I had more than 100, so I had to pare it down from about 150 quotes. Wow! Who knew that one could accumulate that many (mostly handwritten) quotes?
Lessons & tips: Go to websites that specialize in quotations. Another good resource is friends. Oftentimes they may have good quotes on their Facebook page, or just have their own personal mantras. Re-check your favorite books! Songs are good resources, too.
