Emotional eating!
Hey! I discovered this site today and found it very useful. I’m dealing with emotional eating problem. Today, I woke up I in the morning and felt so lonely, the first thing that came into my mind was the ice cream that I had in the fridge. That was my breakfast. I always feel bad after this and then my negative mood attracted more negative things that happened during the day.
Today I decided that I’m not having this emotional eating disorder anymore. I’ll follow your advice, I’ll grab a book or go for a run we
when my mood is down. Thank you!
