How to run a mile without stopping
"Fulfilling and inspiring."
How I did it: I've always wanted to run, but could never make it very far. I was told that I run too fast, so I slowed it down and took it at my own pace and made it two miles my first try.
Lessons & tips:
- Go as slow as you need to go.
- Keep running through the pain. You'll be alright!
- It does get easier.
- Think of how great you're going to feel when you're done.
