Thx for Cheering me up XD

I would love to have some tips from you on what I need to have prepared before I get there and what to expect on the Job searching wise.

(: your welcome

hi there! what exactly would you like to know?—and there are plenty of jobs. anything specifically you’re looking for? ....;im happy to help with more specifics!

You have inspired me so much. How is everything going out there? Did you make friends yet?

Ooo ooo ooo, me too!

I’m curious to talk to you about your experience. I would really love to move out to SF Bay area, but I’m scared about not finding a job. If there is any way you could alleviate my fears, that would be much appreciated ^^

0.o!

well hey there! greetings from SF-well, it took me exactly one week to find a job at a restaurant. there are always places hiring; what kind of job are you looking for? In the meantime, whilst waiting for a job..you can let the colleges study you for money..! under ETC on craiglist—(which also has other jobs); there doesn’t seem to be much ‘recession’ here..; but other than that..there is not much fear to be had afterall! i was all sorts of worried, but its really for nothing. overall, it was the best decision in my life. you should go for it. and pack a jacket!

I am looking for computer work, but I have this conception that the SF Bay area is really hard to break into for that line of work.

I am willing to do odd jobs until I can land something, but I’m worried since I do not have that much retail experience… places might be reluctant to hire me.

This is something I really want to do, I just wanted a little more security before diving in. Perhaps that is not a good way to go about it?

Thanks for this!

My plan has been to sell my belongings, pack clothes and sublet somewhere while I job hunt next month in SF. Your experience sounds exciting, and it was encouraging! :)
