How to pose nude for a painter
It made me
happy and confident

How I did it: I met a local painter at my favorite coffee shop and told him this was on my list of things to do before I die. He gladly offered to paint me that night.
Lessons & tips: Be yourself. Feel the various feelings that will inevitably surface: fear, self-conciousness, sexuality, vulnerability, etc. THAT is the stuff that will make you grow. THAT is the whole purpose I posed for the painter. Not for a copy of the painting, but for the process of the painting.
