How to daily: Reflect on 5 things that made me happy and/or grateful
"It was fun, forced me to look at the bright side, trained my brains to do that automatically and great to read afterwards."
How I did it: Everyday, I write an journal containing 5 sentences. The entry is being followed by 5 things that made me happy.
I didn't always write my journal, but most of the time I did, and everytime I concluded with my happy memories of that day.
It became a bed time ritual.
Lessons & tips: It doens't take long and it's very rewarding. I really notice my brain more often is looking for the bright side of things.
