How to give everyone a fair chance
"Accept it! It's worth it."
How I did it: I learned to accept people for who they are and understand, like everything in nature, even though I might not like them or understand them, they serve a purpose.
It's also much easier to accept people for who they are rather than fight to fit them into my ideal of who they should be.
Lessons & tips: I think it is very easy for people to get "rubbed the wrong way" or say "she's a birch" or "he's a jerk". . .so what? So, you're a bitch or a jerk or a nice person. . .why does this matter? It's worthless to gossip or let someone else's behavior change mine.
Besides, people are who they are due to the sum of their past.
