How I did it: So I chipped a tooth actually I broke half of it off last Saturday.  So it didn't hurt and I wasn't about to leave work plus it was a Saturday so waited till Monday.  Called my old Dentist to find that they are closed till Sept 9th.  Not wanting to wait I found a local dentist who was accepting patients and made an appointment for the next day.  The tooth has to be pulled and lots of my other teeth need work but it was still ok, because I was treated with respect was never asked why it had been so long or given any indication I was being judged or would be pushed around or not properly informed about what was needed to happen.

Lessons & tips: Just do it the worst thing that can happen is you'll have to get work done.  And if you wait to long that work may turn into a pulled tooth because its broken in half now.
