How to lose 60 pounds
How I did it: I'm still holding to the whole foods, raw foods diet. Focusing all my attention to what the human body is actually designed to digest and to use as fuel, has been my saving grace. Going back to common sense is really the only thing you can do when "diet foods" and "cutting back" doesn't work. I asked myself, what did God design us to eat? Was it MSG? Partially Hydrogenated Oils? Also, what would God tell you is the point of eating in the first place? Nutrition would probably be in His explanation somewhere. Just because our bodies are so wonderfully made that they can run on low-grade fuel, does that mean it won't have health consequences? Does that mean we should live on bare minimum fuel? How much better would we feel and how much better would we function if we provided our bodies with better, more quality fuel (nutrition)?
It's really all common sense.
