How to attend a creativity conference.
"Very stimulating experience."
How I did it: I took classes from internationally renowned teachers. One through a large annual Canadian stitching conference. I chose teachers who emphasize creativity in their approach to stitchwork. I attended a Gary Clarke (Australia) class and a Margaret Beal (Great Britain) class. Well worth the money!
Lessons & tips: Be flexible about how your goal can be met. What is it you really want from your goal? Mine was to stimulate my creativity.
Resources: I connected up with my local stitching guild to access information about these classes, and became a member to take them.
