Thank you for your description about the program. I have read about the method and it sounds interesting, exactly what I was looking for! I registered yesterday and have already started today..
How I did it: I started the Take 10 programme at Headspace. They have 3 free online courses. Simple and straightforward, dogma free meditation for wellbeing.
Each day there's a guided meditation to do, always a pleasure.
I feel more able to take things one at a time, and make more time for myself when I need it, and more time in general!
Lessons & tips: Don't miss a day, whatever is going on you can find 10 minutes.If you don't feel like it, or don't feel like it went well, that's part of it too so just allow it and keep on with the practice!
