How to do yoga everyday for a month
"A good way to start the day."
How I did it: I had a morning routine: wake up and deal with the cats, then roll out the yoga mat and do some stretches. After stretching, do Sun Salutes and Warrior poses. As I got more and more used to this routine I looked up poses online to add to my repertoire so I wouldn't get bored with it.
Lessons & tips: If it hurts, go slower or do something else. There will be pain, but there is a whole pain spectrum. You'll know what is a new sensation and what is a painful sensation.
