How I did it: I loved spending the whole day reading. I managed to finish the Book I was on. It was tricky to settle down to read at first as I was busying myself with other things but I really enjoyed it once I started. Also by the end of the evening reading I felt so sleepy that once I turned the light off I dropped straight off! Something I'm not used to doing! It's really reignited a passion for reading more often, I want to get through loads of books, continue to be inspired from them and learn a great deal! :)

Lessons & tips: Drop everything you'd usually do in the day and pick up a book and read :)
