How I did it: My bf and I started the year out attempting to cook new Nepalese style recipes every night... We hand picked the best and recooked them again and again until we had the flavours right.. After the initial excitement we reduced our attempts to once per week and called friends and family over in Nepal for help!

Once we were happy with the recipe we did the layout using pages...

Finally when the recipes were done we self published using lulu:
