How to lose 10 pounds
"Pilates is magical."
How I did it: Started going to Pilates mat classes in a studio and some at home. I dropped 15 pounds in a few months without changing anything else. I am much more toned than before.
Lessons & tips: It really works. Just do about 2-4 classes a week. Once my clothes started getting looser to quickly it really motivated me.
