How to go to bed early
"Just do it!"
How I did it: I really wanted a decent sleep schedule at college, so I just started going to bed at 9:30. Seems like a decent enough time for me.

Lessons & tips: This is pretty much a "just do it" thing... there's really no tricks that I can provide. :( It takes a lot of motivation and willpower, but if you're a morning person, then you won't regret it.
Resources: A comfy bed.

Helpful tips
I found out that working out or being physically active helps greatly when it comes to going to sleep. Getting rid of distractions such as social networking also helps.
