How I did it: This required teamwork and unity. There had to be an consensus among the American people in order to see this happen. If change is what you want, you must do something differently. A change in the executive office was in order. Overwhelmingly, voters decided to make this happen. I'm so proud to be a part of the change we need. This is change we embrace, welcome and will continue to support!  

Lessons & tips: Surround yourself with like-minded people or those with a common goal as you work through it. The moral support is priceless.

I am also overjoyed about the work that was done and the possibilities for the future now that Obama is in office. I’m hoping that the momentum will continue so that more people will get involved in the political process so real change can take place.
