How to do 50 consecutive push ups
"I felt getting firmer"
How I did it: I trained three times a week, aimed for a total number of non-consecutive push ups in one of the days, disregarding resting periods.
On the second day I did "maximum number of push ups in one minute" workout for five rounds . rested 30 seconds between rounds.
The third day of each week was my test day. I tried to increase total number of my consecutive push ups that day.
Lessons & tips: You can increase at least 2 Push ups each week up to 50. Keep that in mind and increase the number each workout. Do not over-train (3 days a week is optimum).
Do 15 slow arm swingings each arm-each side before workouts for warming up.
