"used to find it boring but now feel so balanced and strong"
How I did it: I had a DVD and never used it, I suddently recently decided to use it and have been doing so for months at least once a week (usually do some daily)
I now organise a group of three of us to do yoga together on a tuesday and its really benefiting all of us
Lessons & tips: dont push yourself too far, enjoy what you CAN do.. you will improve. Its all about accepting yourself as you are whilst knowing you have the power to change things. Its about delayed gratification.
