How to take a self defense class
How I did it: One of the many emails I received from school was for RAD, Rape Aggression Defense system. It's a free program offered on college campuses around the country. They offer a basic class (as well as advanced). When I read about the opportunity I didn't hesitate to sign up, and I'm so glad I didn't.
Lessons & tips: Keep your goals in mind. You never know when a means to attain them will arise.
