How to drink more water

How I did it: The night before I fill a 2 litre bottle of water.
Pour a large glass of water before sleeping and leave near your bed. When you wake in the morning, glup down the water to replenish what the body lost over-night.
Use the bottle of water to fill a drinking glass throughout the day.
Lessons & tips: Find a bottle(s) or jug that can hold the amount of water you wish to drink throughout the day.
This helps easily track how much you're drinking.
Treat other drinks such as coffee and tea separately.
